"Let the Healing Begin" was written THROUGH Sahffi; she literally watched her hand as it wrote the lyrics and "heard" how the melody and guitar would be played. As a completely channeled song, the message came through for Sahffi during a difficult time in her life. The message, however, is universal: "You can let the darkness win, or you can let the healing begin."

When listening, the suggestion is to focus on, connect with, and expand the energy of the second chakra, the Sacral Chakra, located below your navel. The color associated with this chakra is orange.
